These seminars are designed to help people Build Healthier Relationships. The modular format makes it possible to choose which topics are of particular interest. Most courses are two 2-hour sessions, with time to practice skills between sessions. Modules include:

Seminars for Professionals
These seminars are designed for practicing professionals, such as Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists. They have been certified for Continuing Education credit in these fields.
